That’s why today’s announcement of its Form Futures grant recipients is especially significant: November 12 – 18 is Community Foundation Week, a nationwide celebration to recognize the increasingly important role that community foundations play in addressing civic and economic challenges. Create Culture Grant Catalog Bonus Grants Announced!
