Women’s Giving Circle Holds Event in Support of Ukraine

Members of the Women’s Giving Circle, a Fund of ECCF, hosted an educational event on July 26 to help community members learn more about the experiences of Ukrainian refugees. Women’s Giving Circle Celebrates its 15th Anniversary by Increasing Grant Awards!

In honor of the WGC's 15th anniversary, the members are celebrating by adding an extra $1500 to the maximum request amount! Applicants can apply for up to $7500 in funding this year, up from the previous $6000. The Women's Giving Circle will be accepting grant applications from April 1 to July 1, 2022. Any nonprofit that benefits Eau Claire area women and/or children under age 18 is eligible to apply. Give Green Grant Recipients Announced!

This year's St. Patrick's Day was especially festive for ECCF: On that day, we announced the recipients of bonus grants through our Give Green Grant Catalog.  This Grant Catalog, which allowed the public to donate directly to nonprofit funding requests, was part of the celebration of ECCF’s upcoming 25th anniversary. Give Green supports animals, the environment, and fitness opportunities; it’s one of ECCF’s four giving categories. Access Eau Claire grants help local nonprofits meet accessibility needs

A new online grant opportunity is helping Eau Claire area nonprofits increase inclusion initiatives for people with disabilities. Supported by the Access Eau Claire Fund, which was established at the Eau Claire Community Foundation by Dr. Katherine Schneider, these grants will help nonprofits facilitate participation in their organizations by people with disabilities.
