Read on to learn about these additions to our Family of Funds. AGENCY ENDOWMENT FUNDS These Funds allow charitable organizations to establish Endowment Funds within ECCF rather than create and manage such a Fund themselves. They generate a predictable stream of income so that the nonprofit can use the earnings from the Fund to offset its operations forever. Two New Confluence Project Funds Established at ECCF Posted on December 3, 2014 by support The Eau Claire Community Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of the Confluence Building Fund and the Confluence Building Endowment Fund. The Confluence Project is a collaborative effort to continue the redevelopment of downtown Eau Claire at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers. The centerpiece of the project is the Confluence Arts Center, a state-of-the-art facility to showcase Eau Claire’s arts community.
