The Community Health Grant Cycle is now open! Posted on April 1, 2026 by Eau Claire Community Foundation Applications will be accepted through June 3, 2026 (noon deadline). Focused on improving local well-being, the Community Health Grant Cycle supports projects that address health needs and reduce disparities across the Eau Claire community. Rooted in Catholic values, this initiative is made possible through the Community Health Endowment Fund, created from funds entrusted to the Eau Claire Community Foundation by the HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation. Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for grants ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 that support innovative programs or essential equipment and asset purchases aimed at building a healthier community. Please note: In alignment with Catholic values, funding will not be awarded to projects involving abortion, contraception, assisted suicide, IVF, or embryonic stem cell research.
