The Stromwall Family Scholarship Fund supports students in financial need who may not otherwise be able to pay for their first year of secondary education. It awards grants to Chippewa Valley students who will be attending college or technical school. Special consideration is given to those students planning to enroll in the University of Minnesota.

Jack Stromwall and his wife Donna were members of the Eau Claire Community Foundation's Society of Founders.
