Mike Siker established this fund in honor of his parents, Milton and Elnora Siker.

Milton graduated from Janesville High School on June 3, 1943. He then graduated from UW Madison on January 29, 1949, and served in WWII from July 1943 to February 1946. Elnora, whose maiden name was Fifer, graduated from Beloit Senior High School on June 4, 1943, and from UW Madison on May 24, 1947.

This fund will make grants to places, including schools and hospitals, and areas of interest that were important to Milton and Elnora.
