The Flying Eagles Ski Club has a long tradition in the Chippewa Valley. Established in 1933, it is the longest running junior club in the nation. It provides the youth of Eau Claire with a first-class facility for the development of Nordic ski skills, including ski jumping, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. It has produced Junior Olympic Champions, National Champions, and multiple Olympians.

Since 2008, volunteer labor and more than $100,000 in fundraising and borrowing have enabled the Club to complete key parts of its long-range plan: it re-graded and modernized jumps, added an up-hill conveyance, and utilized snow-making equipment to extend the season.

Support from this Endowment Fund will help the the Flying Eagles ensure that the youth of Eau Claire have access to quality skiing facilities for years to come. Although Agency Endowment Funds can't accept  individual donations, you're invited to contribute directly to the organization by sending a check made out to Flying Eagles Ski Club to 2809 E Hamilton Ave #226, Eau Claire, WI 54703. Please note "Endowment at ECCF" on the memo line.
