More than $500,000 in Response and Recovery grants awarded to local nonprofits!

The United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley, the Eau Claire Community Foundation, and the Community Foundation of Chippewa County worked together to help local nonprofits address the COVID-19 pandemic. Each organization offered its own grant opportunities, then collaborated to ensure that their grant awards would be the most effective at meeting Chippewa Valley needs. The United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley, the Eau Claire Community Foundation, and the Community Foundation of Chippewa County have created a partnership to help local nonprofits address the COVID-19 pandemic. Response and Recovery Community Fund Launches to Support Local Nonprofits

In an effort to help local nonprofits support residents as they recover from the damage of the COVID-19 pandemic, United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley (UWGCV), the Eau Claire Community Foundation (ECCF) and the Community Foundation of Chippewa County (CFCC) announce partnership efforts for COVID-19 recovery. Funds will support Chippewa County and Eau Claire County nonprofit agencies as they help Chippewa Valley residents recover from the damage done by the pandemic.
