This Fund is dedicated to the establishment of a day resource center for individuals experiencing homelessness. It also supports the operational costs of the day shelter, which will be managed by Hope Gospel Mission, for its first three years. In addition, it supports the acquisition and improvement of office space in Eau Claire for Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, which is a key partner in this initiative.
