This Fund supports scholarships for Gilman High School graduates planning to pursue higher education. Its purpose is to support students who exhibit strong leadership skills and academic achievement while pursuing any field of study in their post-secondary educations.

It was established by the family of Victoria J. Koperski, a graduate of the School District of Gilman.
