Established in 2006, the Philip and Janice Happe Family Fund is Donor-Advised Fund that allows the Happes to support the nonprofit organizations that are important to them.

Janice has been an active a member of the Eau Claire Community Foundation's Women's Giving Circle since 2008. Dr. Happe was a member of the Foundation's Investment Committee and also served on the Board of Trustees from 2015-2021.
