The purpose of this fund is to support the mission and operations of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire.

MISSION: The library promotes lifelong learning, creates collaborative spaces, and supports open access to diverse materials and resources to enhance the quality of life in the community.

This Agency Fund is unable to accept direct gifts from individuals; however, donors wishing to support the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library can send donations for this Fund directly to the L.E.
