John Matthew, son of Joe and Jenny Fesenmaier, passed away in January 2003. As a way to honor his memory, the family started a Donor Advised Fund in his name. This fund is designated to support programs for children and grieving parents.

Joe and Jenny are members of the Foundation's Legacy society. Jenny is a past member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees and is also a Founder and member of the Women's Giving Circle.
