The John and Betsy Kell Family Fund is a Donor Advised Fund. The Eau Claire Community Foundation will grant from this fund at the direction of the Donor.

John Kell is deceased; Betsy Kell was a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees and Chair of the Foundation's Grant Committee. Betsy is also a Founding member of the Women's Giving Circle.
