Craig and Gail Carlson established their Donor Advised Fund to support a variety of causes. Their grantees include Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release, Bob's House for Dogs, Junior Achievement, Wisconsin Badger Camp, and the Eleva-Strum Public Education Foundation.

Gail Carlson is a Founding member of the Women's Giving Circle, a group of Chippewa Valley women who pooled their resources to create a Fund that supports organizations serving women and children in Eau Claire County. 

Craig Carlson served on ECCF's Development Committee from 2007-2014. In addition, as members of ECCF's Legacy Society, the Carlsons have made provisions to ensure that their generosity will continue to benefit the area for years to come.
