For over a decade, Sue Bornick has been the Face of the Foundation: As ECCF’s Executive Director since 2009, Sue has appeared at dozens of events, participated in countless meetings, and made numerous television appearances. ECCF has prospered under Sue’s leadership; during her tenure, its assets have more than quadrupled, dozens of new Funds have been opened, and hundreds of grants have been awarded.

But 2023 will bring a new face to the Foundation. Sue is transitioning to a new part-time role at ECCF that focuses on development and planned giving. As a result, ECCF is seeking a new Executive Director. Reporting to ECCF’s Board of Trustees, this position has both strategic and day-to-day management responsibility for all programs. With eight employees and an actively involved giving community, this will be a rewarding and challenging position for the right person.

More information about this position is available on LinkedIn and Indeed. Cover letters and resumes can be emailed to eccfed@gmail.com and will be accepted through March 15, 2023, when screening will begin. Wipfli LLP is assisting the Selection Committee with this process.

All of us at ECCF are profoundly grateful to Sue for her work and commend her for her many achievements. We’re fortunate to keep her with us as we welcome a new Executive Director, and we look forward to starting a new chapter in ECCF history!
