Two New Confluence Project Funds Established at ECCF

The Eau Claire Community Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of the Confluence Building Fund and the Confluence Building Endowment Fund. The Confluence Project is a collaborative effort to continue the redevelopment of downtown Eau Claire at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers.
