The Fund was created by local physicians from all healthcare organizations who are committed to making a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the community they serve.

Nonprofits can apply for a grant of $15,000 to support programs and asset purchases focused on preventive health. All requests should be for the full amount of the grant.

Applications were accepted through noon on Feb. 18, 2026.
