Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, groups fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, or other charitable organizations able to receive a tax-deductible contribution.

Any nonprofit organizations that meet these criteria and serve the Eau Claire area are eligible to apply for grants that are directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Criteria specific to Phase 2 of the grant cycle will be posted soon.

Regular ECCF Grant Cycle:

ECCF will begin accepting grant applications on Nov. 1, 2020.

If you represent a nonprofit that serves the greater Eau Claire area, you can apply for an ECCF grant. If your organization serves women and/or children, you can also apply for a grant from the Women’s Giving Circle. This is a separate application process.

You can apply for two types of grants:

  1. Program Grants fund programs or services provided by your organization
  2. Asset Purchase/Improvement Grants fund specific purchases that will help keep your organization running smoothly.
