The Dan Glaze Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school graduates interested in pursuing a career in the field of law enforcement. It was created in honor of Dan Glaze, a Rusk County Sheriff’s Deputy who was shot and killed while on-duty in October 2016.

A concert featuring Chris Kroeze was held on the 5 year anniversary of Glaze's death. It raised enough money to endow this Fund so it can support scholarships in Dan Glaze's memory forever. Read more about this concert.
