Four new funds have been added to ECCF's family of funds. Each will increase our region's quality of life in its own unique way. They are: Talha Aslam Memorial Scholarship Fund: This Designated Scholarship Fund was created in memory of Talha Aslam, an exchange student from Norway who enhanced the lives of his host family.
