New Grantee Spotlights!

Eau Claire has many wonderful nonprofits working to improve our community's quality of life. Here are four that demonstrate the variety and scope of their achievements. Create Culture Grant Catalog Bonus Grants Announced!

The Eau Claire Community Foundation is thrilled to announce the results of its first ever Grant Catalog, a new crowdfunding platform that allows community members to contribute directly to requests from local nonprofits. In celebration of ECCF’s upcoming 25th anniversary, there will be four Grant Catalog cycles taking place over the coming year, one for each of ECCF’s four giving categories: Create Culture, Form Futures, Give Green, and Offer Opportunities. ECCF's first Grant Catalog is accepting donations from July 6-28! You can use it to browse requests from nonprofits in the Create Culture category (music, visual and performing arts, literature, and museums). Donate to any request--or requests--that pique your interest! All nonprofits that raise at least $1000 will be eligible for bonus grants. Library Offers Families Special StoryWalk Activity to Exercise Mind and Body

ECCF is proud to support the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library by holding its Story Builder Campaign for the L.E. Pablo Foundation Announces Major Gift to Quick Response Community Fund

Pablo Foundation announced a $50,000 donation to the Quick Response Community Fund. Pablo Foundation Executive Director MaiVue Xiong and the Foundation Board of Directors recently alerted the Eau Claire Community Foundation of the major gift. “Pablo Foundation values community collaboration and recognized the Quick Response Community Fund as a way to support local nonprofits who are being asked to continue to serve our vulnerable population,” stated MaiVue Xiong. Jane Lokken Receives the 2019 ECCF Leadership Award

Congratulations to Jane Lokken, who received the 2019 ECCF Leadership Award at the Autumn Social! Jane has worked tirelessly on behalf of ECCF. The Eau Claire Community Foundation is proud to announce $146,989 in grant awards through its 2019 competitive grant cycle. Most grant recipients accepted their checks at ECCF’s Annual Meeting on June 6. First New Funds of 2019

ECCF is pleased to announce its first new Funds of 2019. They are:   Andrew and Brenda Schlafer Family Fund: This Acorn Fund will eventually grow to support Eau Claire area nonprofits.
